Jeon Jihee was born in China but represents Korea Republic after obtaining national citizenship in 2011.

She is a winner of three ITTF World Tour women’s singles trophies (Morocco 2011, Spain 2015 and Argentina 2015) and has become a regular in the Korean national team setup.
